Just as this lovely Snowy Egret lights up the evening with his brilliant white feathers, let us all share the light of Chanukah and this season to brighten up the world around us.
“Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, is a celebration of a historical miracle. But no less significantly, Chanukah is the celebration of a present-day miracle: the miracle of you and I lighting up the world.” (Source: Meaningful Life Center Rabbi Simon Jacobson)
A lovely image that first one, and a lovely way of looking at Chanukah and also Christmas I think, so thanks for sharing it.

I love that first image. The egret looks like it is dancing with joy. I also lie the meaning of Chanukah. We should all share that sentiment.

Totally agree with the comments above … the first image is stunning and would not look out of place framed and hanging on a wall … great control with the whites also, well done Carol.
